Terms of Service

The service

Arrrive provides pre-booked executive car service in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. By booking a trip on arrrive.com or our booking application you agree to these terms. If you book on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have their permission and that these terms apply to their trip.

Booking and payment

• Fares are shown before you pay and charged in full at booking through Stripe, our payment processor.
• Distance-based fares are calculated from your entered addresses; where a live route estimate is unavailable, a standard metro estimate applies.
• Hourly service bills the booked hours, subject to each vehicle’s minimum.
• Online bookings require at least one hour of lead time. For immediate pickup, contact us directly.
• Wait time, extra stops, or route changes requested during a trip may incur additional charges.

Cancellations and refunds

• Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup: full refund, automatic.
• Cancel within 24 hours of pickup: contact us and we will work with you; refunds inside this window are at our discretion.
• Our promise runs the other way too: we do not cancel confirmed trips. If a vehicle issue ever arises, we substitute a comparable or better vehicle at no added cost.
• Flight delays: when you provide a flight number we track it and adjust your pickup — no fees for airline-caused changes.

Riding with us

• Passengers must not exceed the vehicle’s stated capacity, and everyone rides belted.
• Child seats are available on request at booking.
• No smoking or vaping in vehicles. Alcohol only where and as the law allows.
• Damage beyond normal wear (including significant cleaning) may be charged to the payment method on file at documented cost.
• We may refuse or end service for unsafe, unlawful, or abusive conduct, with any refund at our discretion.

Communications

Booking a trip authorizes transactional texts and emails about that trip. Marketing messages require your separate, optional opt-in and can be stopped at any time (reply STOP to texts, unsubscribe in emails). Details in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

We carry commercial insurance as required by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our liability for any claim arising from a trip is limited to the amount paid for that trip; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by weather, traffic, airlines, or events beyond our reasonable control. We always aim to get you there early — build reasonable buffer into critical travel.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your booking details and for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

General

These terms are governed by Texas law. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stands. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use means acceptance. Contact: info@arrrive.com.
